Noticed that RBSAG 4bn lawsuit has gone up a notch with 5 major institutional investors joining the action group which will argue in court that these same investors were allegedly misled by RBS management at the time of the rights issue in 2008. Is anybody aware of any similar courses of action available to individual investors, such as myself, who invested in good faith at around that same period.
