Yes agreed .. Freightening really one could with a phone / computer in your hand in 5 years time , have less need for many shops etc.. Or supermarkets in your food is delivered...
Looks like the future could well bring changes not thought of 10 years ago at a much faster pace in the next10 years...
If 25% of shops close in the next 10 years, the chances of more unemployment and big losses to council business tax revenue and income tax..
Technology gives in one hand and could well create another problem... Bad timing really as we try to come out of a recession...?
