I ree it will be passed on the 12 September 2012 but it won't be a simple pass or fail exercise, I suspect there will be a set of conditions attached, If Spain ask for a bailout then this is actually good news, they can access the funds and control debts hopefully. How long will this take? Depends when their bond prices start to rise again, then they may? Who knows. The media are being t***s I agree and it's nothing more than toilet paper, and hopefully doesn't affect the SP on Monday but has in the past. It all settles with Wednesday and I do think it will not be as cut and dry as some think. In terms of LIBOR, sooner agreed and out of the way will rise, perhaps not as much as like Barclays did, it recovered very well, but it will rise nonetheless.
